Start your day by listening to the morning hypnosis shortly after waking up, then follow it with your daily gratitude practice. Around midday, find a moment for the daily encouragement session, but feel free to revisit it as often as you need throughout the day. Before bedtime, complete the evening journal prompts to reflect on your day. Finally, while in bed and ready to sleep, listen to the night hypnosis to end your day on a peaceful note.

Can't thank Chris enough for creating this course. Came out at the perfect time when I had just gotten out of a 7 year relationship which left me feeling lost, confused, and without motivation. I thought I would never find love again.

From the very first lesson, I knew I had found something special. The course, crafted with deep understanding and compassion, resonated with me on a personal level. The exercises, though challenging at times, were exactly what I needed to confront and process my feelings.

I've just finished all 7 days and I can say I'm feeling much better, with a newfound sense of clarity and motivation to work on myself. I've learned to accept my feelings and to not try to avoid them.
